Returns & Refunds

We understand that there are instances when you need to return a product you have purchased from Skin and Life.  We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We trust that you will feel that our return policy is fair, convenient and easy to understand. We have two types of returns: 1) Full Refund or 2) Replacement

Full Refund

We will give you a full refund if you decide you did not want the product or if the product otherwise did not meet your expectations.

Replacement

We will give you a replacement of the same item you ordered if the product is damaged, defective, or if for some reason you received the wrong product.

No Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate an exchange of one item for a different item.  You may, however, return the item and order a new item.

How to Return and Obtain a Refund/Replacement

We have hopefully made this as easy as possible.  The only thing you need to do is to click on My Account, log in and click on Return Items.  If you have any questions, or if you ordered via phone, please give Customer Service a call during our business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time). Our toll-free number is 1-888-444-1982. You may also send us an email at returns@skinandlife.com.  We would be grateful if you could initiate the return process within 60 days of purchase.
